Logic PM has an opportunity for a Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager to join the team based in our Maidstone Office in Kent. This full time role requires someone with the potential to work alone and is a self-starter, you should ideally be professionally qualified or willing to work towards the qualification, with experience in the commercial refurbishment and fit out sector.
The applicant should have experience in construction programming and be familiar with Asta PowerProject and/or Microsoft Project and should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office package especially Excel and Word. Competence in PowerPoint and Publisher is ideal to enable the candidate to produce logistic and visual strategies to their programmes. The ability to take minutes and record events is a prerequisite for the role as well as being a good communicator and team player.
